Campaign: University Place 3.0

Project Goal: To create a positive presence within the community while also clarifying their message and narrative before their Grand Opening.

Project Summary

University Place 3.0 is an epicenter for life sciences and an ecosystem of innovation, with its 250,000 sq. ft. space committed to elevating possibilities within Philadelphia and, ultimately, the world. With state-of-the-art laboratory space and opportunities for retail and more, it was created to be a benefit for cell/gene therapy, critical cure research, re-imagined lab infrastructure, and optimum health for all tenants. A client of ours for several years, University Place implemented Helm to align with them for their event, marketing, and campaign ideation needs. We were able to quickly and efficiently step in when needed to film and capture new content and support any of their creative needs, from printing to events with key stakeholders in the city and more.

Through creating campaigns that encouraged a diverse range of people groups, across ages and industries, to see how they could benefit from University Place, we were able to demonstrate the power of campaigns meeting intentional creativity and reinforce how the right words can establish a city’s perception of a place and provide opportunities for others to spread the word themselves.

HELM Creative surpassed our expectations in every aspect of their work! Not only did they deliver amazing results, but they also demonstrated a remarkable ability to think strategically, taking an ownership approach to our project that helped to drive our business goals. Their professionalism and expertise made working with them a pleasure, and we were consistently impressed by their commitment to delivering the highest quality work. We look forward to continuing our partnership with HELM Creative and recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking exceptional creative services.
